Shipping Insurance (Shipsurance)

Customers may choose to protect their package through Shipsurance, a third-party shipping insurance provider. This coverage protects against loss, damage, or theft during transit.

If Shipsurance is selected at checkout, MHM Collection will reship your order at no additional cost if it is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit (including packages marked “delivered” but not received).

If Shipsurance is not selected, MHM Collection is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In such cases, customers are responsible for filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Important: Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but reported as not received are not eligible for reshipment or refund unless shipping protection was purchased.

3. Filing Claims Without Insurance
If you did not purchase Shipsurance, you can still attempt to file a claim directly with your carrier using the links below:

MHM Collection cannot guarantee the outcome of any third-party claim and will not be involved in the claim process for uninsured packages.

4. Limitation of Liability
MHM Collection is not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers

Packages lost, damaged, or stolen in transit (if shipping protection was not purchased)

Errors or omissions made by the shipping carrier

Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
