RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

The MHM Collective LLC – Return & Exchange Policy

At The MHM Collective, we want you to feel comfortable, confident, and supported with every purchase. If something is not right with your order, we’re happy to help through our return and exchange process.

Return & Exchange Window:
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

📦 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

* Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
* Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
* Returned with original tags and packaging when applicable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged due to our error. We currently do not provide prepaid return labels.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

* Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
* E-books, downloadable products, and digital resources
* Items returned without approval from our support team
* Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care

 Important Shipping Notice
The MHM Collective LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when mailing returns or exchanges.

💳 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or received the wrong item? Eligible items may be exchanged within the 30-day window based on product availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our mistake.

4. Please allow 24–48 business hours for a response from our team

🛡️ Shipping Protection (Optional)
We offer optional shipping protection at checkout through Shipsurance.

If shipping protection is not purchased, The MHM Collective LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers must file claims directly with the carrier when applicable.
